Summer/Fall Update - 2020
Please note that due to the coronavirus, regular indoor classes are on hold for the time being. It is my intention to resume teaching once it is declared safe to do so, and when we can breathe freely and peacefully in community.
In the meantime I am offering Yoga on the Common during the month of September. The dates are: September 9, 16, 23 and 30, from 9:30 - 10:45am. We will practice social distancing with our mats 6 feet apart. Facemasks are required while entering and leaving the class space. Classes will be held weather permitting.
Please note: if you are not a student of Shekhinah Yoga, please contact me beforehand.

“Yoga has made a profound difference in my life. As a working mother, my days are quite hectic. Yoga with Nancy has helped me to stay focused on the many tasks I have throughout the day. By staying in the moment, I have been able to see what needs to be done in a given day and let the other things go. The best feeling in the world is the sense of calm and energy that I feel after a yoga class. - Beth W.
